Youth engagement
We use multimedia as a public education tool, integrating youth-based participatory and collaborative video work into engagement strategies.

Needs assessments and implementation strategies
We conduct qualitative needs assessments, evaluate project and organizational impacts, and write implementation strategies.

Our Approach

Hallenbeck Consultants has developed a unique video-making process for planning and engagement, enabling project participants to become advocates for change.

Collaborate  Our seven-step collaborative video process enables clients and project participants to develop new skills, engage in dialogue, and strengthen connections to complex policy decisions.

Integrate Our multimedia and engagement strategies are integrated into larger engagement and planning processes. We deliver qualitative and quantitative outputs with goals that are consistent with broader engagement strategies.

Change Our distinctive collaborative approach strengthens connections between people, communities, and policy. Participants take ownership over their ideas and bring them forward, advocating for change.
